GUARDIAN STORAGE FACILITY

The first of its kind in the Silverdale area, this facility offers just shy of 12,000m2 in secure storage space.

 

Built in two stages this four storey storage facility involved large concrete foundations, precast walls, structural steel frames and suspended concrete floors.

Both stages presented challenges during construction, particularly stage two which was constructed between stage one and a neighbouring property. 

 

A fantastic response has been experienced by the facility with occupancy levels higher than expected which is a testament to the functionality of the design and overall quality of the facility.
