VTNZ & CORNISH TRUCK FACILITY

Having met through a competitive Tender process, the VTNZ facility was the start of what was to become a brilliant working relationship. 

 

Collabor8 has bought a total of 17,920m² and has designed nine impressive glass-fronted showrooms/offices/warehouses plus one other office unit on half of the land. Once complete, we’ll turn our collective attention to developing Stage 2.

 

Several units have already been leased and a mix of national and trade-related tenants are currently in discussions with us. Silverdale has undergone a large transformation in the past 5 years and there’s a strong desire for a central ‘hub’ where trade businesses can come together and enjoy brand new facilities.

 

Our eye-catching design features full height glass to corners in each showroom, an 8.5m-10.5m stud height and functional clear-span warehousing. Ample parking (7-12 spaces per tenant) and landscaping will create a strong road presence.
