Hobsonville has experienced significant residential growth in recent years, resulting in new arterial routes and a high demand for new, small to medium-size industrial spaces where people can work close to home.

 

In 2016 Collabor8 purchased approximately 7000m² on Workspace Drive with a vision to fill the gap in the market for light industrial office/warehouse units. After extensive research and conversations with Real Estate agents, we designed six units ranging from 735m² to 800m² each in size.

 

Our focus was to maximise warehouse space whilst still providing good quality office and showroom areas.
